Digital Delivery

Digital Delivery Policy

Mommyhero Lifestyle products covered by this policy are digital PDF downloads. No physical items will be shipped, and no shipping fees apply to these products.

How You Receive Your Files

We use Shopify Digital Downloads to deliver your purchased resources. Once your payment is confirmed and your digital order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing a link to access your PDF files.

Your 15 PDFs are delivered together in a ZIP file. Download and unzip the folder to access your resources.

Please enter a valid email address at checkout and keep your download email for future access.

Opening Your Resources

You will need an internet connection to download your files and a PDF reader to open them. You can view the PDFs on a compatible phone, tablet, or computer. You may also print them for personal use.

Missing Download Email

If you haven’t received your download email, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. If you still cannot find it, contact us at Mommyherolifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Download Assistance

If a link does not work or a file will not open, email Mommyherolifestyle@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue so we can help.

Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing. Digital product sales are final, except where required by applicable law.
